In 2014 my sister taught me how to cover a cake in fondant for my son's second birthday. I had no idea that this birthday cake would soon grow into one of my biggest passions.
Over the last few years I have continued making cakes in my home kitchen and broadened my skills as a decorator. From frosting cakes and sculpting figures, to molding delicate flower petals and creating dramatic sugar sails, I continue to push myself to create from as many edible mediums as possible. These different textures create a wide variety of styles and endless possibilities.
